Ryon Cooke – Team Mastermind
CAT 4 – Racing Age 24 in 2010
Ryon’s first season of racing got off to a strong start, with two second place finishes at the season opening stage race. After racing sparingly much of the season, and working full-time, the opportunity to be a part of the academy presented itself. Ryon has shown tremendous faith in himself by making the choice to move into the academy house and live the lifestyle of an aspiring professional endurance athlete, where training and sleep are at the top of the list of priorities. We at Mastermind Athletic Academy are very excited to have Ryon be a part of our team. Given that he’s not slept nearly enough this past season, has been living at sea-level, working full-time, and training alone without a powermeter, we have great confidence that Ryon’s potential will begin to emerge in the coming season.

Devan Dunn - Bahati Foundation Pro Cycling Team
Racing Age 20 in 2010
With just one season of cycling under his belt, enough people were talking about how quickly Devan moved through the ranks in Southern California to get the attention of several pro teams. The Bahati Foundation Pro Cycling Team has given him the opportunity to get the racing experience in 2010 necessary to be an intelligent force in the future. Devan will begin the season as an amateur with the BFPCT.
